Naoum Chemaly - Managing Partner
Naoum has served as Managing Partner at MEC Workshop for the past three years, where he plays a central role in guiding the company's strategic growth and operational leadership. With over 20 years of experience in business management, business development, and risk assessment, Naoum brings a deep understanding of how to build resilient, opportunity-driven ventures that deliver measurable results.
His strength lies in identifying growth opportunities, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that MEC Workshop's projects are both commercially viable and operationally sound. Naoum has led key negotiations, developed long-term business partnerships, and implemented risk management strategies that strengthen the company's market position and operational integrity.
In addition to his leadership at MEC Workshop, Naoum brings entrepreneurial insight from his experience founding and managing NC Safety Consultants, a regional leader in health and safety consultancy. Amal Sueidan - Strategy Director | Business Partner
Amal is a results-driven executive with over 25 years of experience leading growth and transformation across global markets. Having held senior leadership roles at British American Tobacco and Imperial Brands, she has consistently driven profitability, market leadership, and operational excellence while building high-performing teams.
With a career spanning the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia, Amal brings a global perspective to strategy and execution. She has successfully led innovation projects from concept to launch, contributing to the success of iconic brands and guiding organisations through complex business transformations. Her expertise bridges strategic and operational functions, covering business strategy, brand management, market expansion, and digital transformation, all with a focus on delivering measurable results for stakeholders.
Nader Hariz - Business Operations Director
With over 16 years of experience delivering transformative results, Nader leads operations at MEC Workshop, ensuring seamless project execution and operational excellence. He has successfully directed multi-million-dollar campaigns across various industries, including real estate, automotive, government, and technology, working with organisations such as Dubai Investments, the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, and Isuzu.
A strategic leader and problem solver, Nader specialises in streamlining operations, meeting critical timelines, and building strong client partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes. His ability to align cross-functional teams with MEC Workshop’s commitment to communication excellence, integrity, and innovation makes him a key driver of the company’s success.
Sally Hraoui - Creative Director
Sally creates awesome stuff while being a sweetheart in the process. That's always been her motto. And over the course of 15+ years, Sally has been fortunate to work on both ideas as an agency or client. In her years as a Creative Director with MEC, she spearheaded award-winning and integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, print, digital, and social, as well as leading rebranding and design efforts for large-scale organisations. In working directly with clients, she seeks to develop partnerships that deliver strategic and emotionally resonant creative solutions that also successfully achieve brand goals.
She has worked with a wide range of delightful people along the way, including those in Real Estate, Electronics, Food and Beverage, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, E-commerce, Beauty, Cosmetics, and more.
Sally also leads the entire creative team from static to dynamic. She has an amazing touch that shows her expertise.
Jennifer Katrib - Production Lead
Jennifer brings a fresh perspective to MEC Workshop’s long-standing production expertise. A graduate of the American University in Dubai, she combines academic excellence with hands-on exposure to the latest production innovations and digital storytelling trends.
At MEC Workshop, she contributes to a production legacy spanning over 30 years, encompassing global campaigns with multinational companies, documentaries, social media content, and branded films for both startups and established companies. With storytelling at the heart of every project, Jennifer ensures each production carries an edge: visually engaging, emotionally resonant, and strategically aligned with client goals.
